Return and Refund Policy
At Kesha Hair, we take pride in providing premium quality raw Indian temple hair extensions. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
Hair extensions must not be:
• Worn
• Washed
• Dyed
• Combed
• Altered in any way
If the product has been opened or used, the return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, used or altered hair products cannot be returned or refunded.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
