Return and Refund Policy

At Kesha Hairs, we take pride in providing premium quality raw Indian temple hair extensions. Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure product integrity for all customers.

Pre-Installation Quality Checks

We strongly encourage all customers to perform quality checks before installation:

  • Co-wash and air dry to inspect true texture and luster
  • Conduct a shed and tangle check with a wide-tooth comb
  • Perform strand tests if planning to color or bleach
  • Test curl pattern and hold

If you notice any issues during these pre-install checks, contact us immediately at support@keshahairs.com before proceeding with installation.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Hair extensions must NOT be:

  • Installed or sewn in
  • Worn
  • Washed or co-washed (except for initial quality inspection)
  • Cut or trimmed
  • Dyed, colored, bleached, or chemically treated
  • Combed excessively or altered in any way

The original plastic security band must remain on the bundle.

If the product has been opened for inspection purposes only and shows no signs of use or alteration, it may qualify for return. All other cases will be denied.

Non-Returnable Items & Responsibility Disclaimer

Due to hygiene standards and product integrity, Kesha Hairs does not accept responsibility for issues arising from:

  • Installation (professional or self-installed)
  • Chemical treatments (coloring, bleaching, perming, etc.)
  • Cutting or trimming of wefts or hair
  • Incorrect care or maintenance (failure to follow care guidelines, improper co-washing, heat damage, etc.)
  • Wear and tear from daily use
  • Maintenance issues (tangling, matting, shedding due to improper handling)

Returns and exchanges are not permitted once the hair has been installed, cut, colored, or altered in any way.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only available for:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Verified manufacturing defects discovered during pre-install inspection

Exchanges are not available for products that have been installed, cut, colored, or altered.

Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing depends on your payment provider)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Always perform pre-install quality checks with the security band intact
  • Contact us immediately if you discover any issues during inspection
  • Keep all original packaging until you are satisfied with the product
  • Follow all care instructions provided in your Hair Care Guide
